I realize that this defeats the purpose of "wordless", but I just want to say a couple of words about this photo. It was taken while I was in labor for my second child. The shirt is actually OM, not Superman.

I have no photos of myself in labor. i was not as peaceful as you look.

Hmph! I never found labor to be the least bit peaceful.
I have to let future moms know that meditation is the way to go to get through pregnancy.

This photo is AWESOME! I am a trained yoga teacher and really love this! With my first child I did alot of meditation and chanting during the birth...the second happened alot quicker I do remember there were a few loud OM's that turned into some other primal sound but cant remember getting into that meditative state.
You were in labor? You look so peaceful! :)
Wow, I wish I'd been that calm and restful when I was in labor!
